More than 200 known symptoms of celiac disease may vary among different people. Common symptoms include gastrointestinal problems, anemia, fatigue, and headache.

But this journey isn’t just about avoiding gluten—it's about embracing a lifestyle everyone in my family could enjoy and benefit from. The side effects may be daunting, but a celiac diet doesn’t have to feel restrictive. It can be pretty delicious.
